Ricky Gillies is the Managing Partner of Stage Agency, bringing decades of experience in elite sport and athlete representation. He began his career as a professional footballer at the age of sixteen and spent more than fifteen years competing in the professional game.

Following his playing career, Ricky moved into athlete management and sports business, where he founded and developed a football representation company working with professional players, clubs, and commercial partners across the sport. The agency went on to represent players at the highest levels of the game before being successfully acquired.

Through this experience he built an extensive network across the sports industry and developed significant expertise in athlete management, contract negotiations, and commercial partnerships.
